Final payment for all airline services is due upon ticketing, and upon completion of stay for hotels, unless otherwise noted on travel confirmations.
If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation.
In some cases there is no refund once a booking is made and paid for – clients will be advised in writing prior to booking any fully nonrefundable services or products.
Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to email@example.com.
Agency and third party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply.
Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation.

Any cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, or deducted from the supplier’s refund.
Service fees are non-refundable.
